Production typically takes 7–14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the date your order is placed and payment is confirmed.During peak periods (e.g., holidays, sales, or high-demand seasons), production may take up to 21 business days.You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and another when production is complete and your item ships.
2. Shipping TimesOnce production is complete, shipping times depend on your location and the selected shipping method:United States: 5–10 business days (standard shipping).International: 10–30 business days (depending on destination and customs processing).Estimated delivery dates are provided at checkout and in your order confirmation email. These are estimates only and not guaranteed.We ship worldwide, but some remote locations may have longer delivery times or restrictions.
3. Shipping CostsShipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size/weight, and selected shipping speed.We may offer free standard shipping on orders over a certain amount (promotions will be clearly stated on the Site).Any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer and may be collected upon delivery by the carrier.
